Freedom Fence Policies

SECURITY:  We have incorporated Secure Socket Layer (SSL) on our web server. Secure socket layer gives us the ability to communicate securely with our web customers. SSL protects all communications with our clients, allowing us to safely take credit card orders and protect sensitive personal information. SSL security makes eavesdropping on our web traffic impossible. So, you never have to worry about credit card safety when shopping at Freedom Fence. As an extra safety precaution, your credit card number will be completely removed from our system once your order has been processed.

PRIVACY:  We also strongly believe in protecting our customer's privacy. We will NOT distribute your personal information to any outside sources for any reason.

Pricing and Typos - All prices are subject to change without notice. Freedom Fence reserves the right to correct any typographical errors. Product photos do not always reflect the exact product for sale.We are not responsible for incorrectly priced items on the web-site and it is at our sole discretion if we choose not to sell a particular item at advertised or posted price.

Terms and Conditions - All products are sold with manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Some products sold are for off-road use only and may never be used on a public highway. Please check your local laws regarding the installation of these products. Freedom Fence will not be liable for labor, incidental or consequential damage of any kind.

Payment Options - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express

All credit card information entered on our site is encrypted via our secured server. If you prefer, you may fax in your order to us. Simply select "Fax in Order" in the "Select Payment" options during the "Check Out" process then fill in the required information: Name on Card, Credit Card Number, and Expiration Date and 3 digit number on signature strip, then fax it to us at (916) 444-0769. Ordering by Cashiers Check is just as easy: simply select "Cashiers Check" in the "Select Payment" options during the Check Out process, print out a copy of your invoice, enclose a cashiers check or money order for the appropriate amount, and send it to us within 10 days to the address below: Note: Order can not be processed until the cashier's Check or money order has been received. Returns and Exchanges - A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before any returns can be made. Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 calendar days of the receipt date of receipt. Merchandise must be unused and in original saleable packaging. Merchandise showing signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, painted, or defaced will not be allowed. It's the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application before installation. An issued RMA number does not imply a replacement or refund. All products will be inspected based on customer claims before any refunds or exchanges are issued. A photocopy of the original invoice, RMA number, your name and phone number, and a WRITTEN description of why you're returning the product must accompany the returned package. Any returns sent to Freedom Fence. without an issued RMA number will not be accepted. Returns must be sent prepaid and insured by you. All Authorized Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of the issued RMA number. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all Authorized Returns (Shipping is non-refundable). All approved refunds will be paid by company check or credit card credit, to be determined by Freedom Fence. Any customer-refused shipments will be assessed all associated shipping and handling costs. Sorry, no returns on electronic items, body kits, wings/spoilers or special order items. All returns that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer at his/her expense.

Claims - All shortage claims must be made within 5 working days of the receipt date. Obvious damage to packages must be noted by the customer on the carrier's Bill of Lading upon receipt. All claims for hidden damages to merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 3 days. We cannot initiate any claims for you. Shipping errors on our part should be brought to our attention immediately.

Sales Tax - Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Indiana. Indiana State laws require that we charge a 5.0% sales tax on the full amount (includes shipping and handling) of the order
